Refund policy
At AUTHNTK, we strive for 100% order accuracy and product quality. If an error occurs on our end, we are committed to making it right immediately.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns only if one of the following conditions is met:
Wrong Product Delivered: You received an item that does not match your original order.
Product is Damaged/Defective: The item arrived damaged or contains a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Return and Inspection Process
Return Window: You must notify us and initiate a return within 14 business days of receiving your order.
Condition: All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and have all original tags attached. Items returned that do not meet this standard will be sent back to you at your expense.
Initiating a Return: To start a return, please email us immediately at contact@shopauthntk.com with your Order Number and a clear photo of the wrong or damaged item. We will provide you with return instructions and a pre-paid shipping label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, and confirm it is in acceptable condition and that our error occurred, a refund will be processed.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as Credit, based on your preference.
Important Exceptions (Final Sale)
Final Sale Items: All items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances, except where required by law for defective goods.
No Exchanges or Returns for Fit/Size Errors: We do not offer returns or exchanges for items that do not fit correctly. Please review the specific General Size Chart for the product before placing your order.
Compensation for Late Delivery
We value your time. If your order delivery is delayed beyond 14 business days of the original estimated delivery date (excluding processing time and due to a reason within our control), please contact us - contact@shopauthntk.com
